First Library Visit
Tomorrow I make my first library visit as an "Author/Illustrator". I will be at the Madison Library District in Rexburg, Idaho at 10:30 for Story Time. I am looking forward to sharing my first book, Un-Brella, with a group of preschoolers. Un-Brella is published by Roaring Brook Press and will be released on April 3, 2007.

Congratulations! You'll have fun. Good marketing plan. Get all those little kids wanting your book when they can't have it! They'll be bugging their Moms for 2 weeks. ;)

I know Garth, it does sound funny to "read" a wordless picture book to a group. I visited a Kindergarten class a few weeks ago and the "reading" is a conversation with the children about what is happening in the story. It worked well before and I hope it works on Thursday.
I'm sure it will, Break a leg!
